# Terms of Service

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Preflight Stack provides focused software services and informational outputs on an as-available basis. Current service documentation and OpenAPI contracts describe supported operational behavior. Paid calls use the price presented by the service's x402 payment requirement.

Do not use the services for unlawful activity or to abuse, disrupt, probe, or circumvent limits and payment controls. Service outputs are automation inputs, not guarantees; users remain responsible for how outputs are used.

## Temporary File Relay

Temporary File Relay is temporary handoff and storage for passive files, not permanent backup, private-data storage, secret sharing, or active website hosting. Anyone who possesses a published capability URL can use it until the documented seven-day expiry.

Do not use the Relay for passwords, private keys, secrets, regulated or personal sensitive data, or active executable web content. Expiry, approved media types, size limits, read ceilings, and rate limits are expected behavior. Current Relay documentation and OpenAPI remain authoritative.
